Our aim is to ship orders where possible within 72 hours, however we do advise that delivery can take up to 10 working days if garments are decorated.  Delivery times will increase during July, August and September. We are a small business and have extremely high footfall at this time of year.

We do advise that online orders for the start of September should be ordered during July to allow enough time for delivery.  Although every effort is placed into getting your order processed as soon as possible, online orders placed during August and early September are not guaranteed for delivery in time for Back to School.

We maintain high stock levels at all times but during our busy period this can be difficult, as many items are manufactured off shore and can be subject to unforeseen delays. Due to the fast turnaround of sales and stock deliveries all items will show as in stock in order for us to have the time to process as many orders as possible. We have a dedicated in store embroidery team who are working tirelessly to get your orders to you.

Some items are made to order and will take longer than our expected delivery times.  

Personalised Sports Wear will take approximately 7/10 days.

If we do have a problem one of our sales team will call you as soon as possible to offer you a refund or alternative size.

Please avoid telephoning the store where possible as you are taking staff members away from processing your order. If you need an update on your order please email the appropriate store and be sure to use your order number as your reference.
